If you've made it this far here on this website, it's obvious that you're not looking for the typical run-of-the-mill personal trainer you've come to expect from the industry. Conversely, a much more rare breed of coach exists that is accomplished, experienced, and continuously strives to make the world a better place with fitness, movement, and mindset strategies, such as Kyle Jackson-Langworthy. Having accumulated over 14 years in the fitness industry, Kyle has consistently had "skin-in-the-game", committing a substantial portion of his life towards educating and training real people, like yourself, on how to create sustainable results they can each feel proud of, time and time again. During his time in the fitness industry, Kyle has personally programmed for and coached hundreds of clients, totaling well over 25,000 hours in his pursuit of helping his clients realize their potential. Importantly, during this process, Kyle has made many of the requisite mistakes and failures that have made him into a very effective and efficient coach, allowing his clients to get better results in less time due to less guesswork and subsequent frustration.

In addition to the countless hours spent coaching and learning from his clients, Kyle has also invested a great amount of time and money investing himself in the latest and greatest fitness, movement, health, and nutrition-related science available. As a passionate lifelong learner, he is always working to better himself for his beloved clientele.

 

In hopes of furthering his career as an expert movement specialist, Kyle recently became a proud attendee of Elon University's Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in North Carolina. Elon is a top 50 Physical Therapy program in the United States according to U.S. News & World Report rankings and one of the best universities in the country for experiential, service-based teaching and learning. Kyle began school at Elon University in January of 2023 where he intends to possibly specialize in orthopedic or neurological-based care.

 

Meanwhile, Kyle continues to pursue a 1-on-1 mentorship with friend and mentor Bill Hartman, one of the most respected Physical Therapy educators and innovators in the world.
