"I am a 78-year-old woman with scoliosis and rheumatoid arthritis. Some days are painful just walking, let alone basic daily functioning. I have worked with Kyle regarding movement therapy to help alleviate my hip, shoulder, and back pain. I have simple movement and breathing exercises to do before bed, and what a huge difference it has made for me! I can get on the floor and play with my grandson without such massive discomfort. My arthritis will worsen with age, so I consider movement therapy with Kyle part of my long-term treatment plan.

My misfortune at injuring myself luckily led me to Kyle. He stepped up at a time when others felt my physical issues were too complicated and didn't fit squarely into the narrative they knew and understood. So they gave up on me. Not Kyle. You see, he's a guy who won't shrink from a challenging situation. He views it as an opportunity to learn more and to help others in the process. Gaining knowledge gets him going. He loves it.
